You can buy just tickets to the event; you don’t need another ticket. The party ticket gets you in at 4pm on the day of the party.

My husband, son and I will be going October 14th. Not sure on our costumes yet. I do have a quick question. Can you buy tickets for just the event or do we have to have a one day pass and the Halloween party ticket?

This is so helpful! My husband and I are going to the party on the 27th of October as the Lady Han Solo and Luke Skywalker. We were going to dress up as Storm Troopers and where the little ear-hats to be the storm troopers from Star Wars weekends but I heard multiple times we can’t wear masks. We’ve never gone to the party before, though have been to Disneyworld twice now together (this will be our third time) and this is really really helpful!

My 7yo daughter and I are going in October. We are super excited. It will be her first visit to Disney World. She is going as Minnie Mouse and I am going as Mickey Mouse!

Hi Denise! I’ve seen it mentioned as an “add-on”, but I haven’t gotten details on what that incurs yet. I would definitely avoid eating DURING the party, as that takes away valuable time from the experience. Liberty Tree Tavern is always popular as a pre-party meal, so if you’re looking into it, I’d go ahead and book the reservation.
